Your rights after a no-fault accident
If you were not at fault for the accident, German law entitles you to choose your own independent expert — you do not have to rely on the assessor proposed by the other party's insurer. In these cases, the necessary assessment costs are generally covered by the at-fault party's liability insurer. Our report documents repair costs, diminished value, replacement value, residual value and possible loss-of-use compensation.
